How To Learn EFT

Thursday, November 12th, 2009

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a surprisingly easy way to make positive changes in your life. Whether you need more confidence, want to free yourself from irrational fears or phobias, or want to change bad habits into good ones, EFT offers a solution.

What is EFT?
EFT is a simple method of healing which works by realigning the body’s energy system by performing a simple sequence of taps on the body. It is based on the ancient science of acupuncture, and the more recent development of kinesiology. However, unlike acupuncture, there is no need for needles, and can be learned very easily.

What Are the Benefits of EFT?
There are those who believe that EFT can cure just about any mental or emotional condition. EFT has been used to help people with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), it’s been used to help people with extreme phobias, and it’s also been used to help people quit smoking and lose weight.

EFT is based on the belief that there is an emotional element in the healing process, and healing emotional problems can provide a pathway for healing not just mental and emotional issues, but also physical problems. Many people have successfully used EFT to rid themselves of headaches, and other stress related disorders.

When you experience a negative emotion, your energy meridians are affected. These changes to your energy meridians become attached to the memory of the negative emotion (or experience that led to it), and the sum of these emotional experiences affect how we see the world.

EFT is used to realign the energy meridians, disconnecting them from their association with negative memories, and in doing so removing symptoms (for example, removing an irrational fear of spiders).

How Can You Learn EFT?
There is plenty of information available online that can help any interested person learn the basic techniques of EFT. Many people have cured themselves of simple problems through self-taught EFT. However, if you want to learn EFT in order to conquer a deeper emotional problem, it may be beneficial to visit a qualified practitioner.

EFT is one of the quickest and simplest methods which can be used to bring about extraordinary changes in a person’s mental, physical and emotional well-being, and as it’s so simple to learn EFT, there is no reason not to have a go.

Inner Healing With the Emotional Freedom Technique

Sunday, November 1st, 2009

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) provides a simple way of bringing about profound inner healing. Everyone has some form of emotional “damage” which has occurred throughout their lives. Everyone is affected from earliest childhood by the events that occur around them. Even the best of parents can cause emotional scars through an unkind word or a cross tone of voice. For some people, the scars may run much deeper, if they have experienced profound abuse or trauma in their lives.

The result of all of these negative emotions are energy meridians which are misaligned. They become attached to negative thoughts, and produce negative emotions which may be detrimental in many areas of a person’s life.

What Problems Can EFT Heal?

Most people possess irrational fears, some more than others, whether it be a fear of speaking in public, or a fear of spiders or snakes, these fears can have a profoundly negative impact on a person’s life. Other people find themselves unable to interact normally in social situations, and find their professional and social lives suffer as a result.

For this reason, most people need some form of inner healing to produce the desired outer change. The ability to approach people of the opposite sex without fear can have a tremendous input into someone’s life and can bring with it great joy. Having the confidence to go for a new job or promotion can mean the difference between an unrewarding job and one which is truly meaningful and stimulating.

How Can EFT Assist Inner Healing?
EFT tackles the problem by disconnecting the emotion from the problem, by realigning the energy meridians of the body so that fears and phobias can dissolve naturally. For many people, the inner healing they receive from EFT is quick and profound. An individual with a lifelong fear of snakes, suddenly finds that they no longer have any fear of snakes. Other people who were addicted to smoking, suddenly find their need for a cigarette greatly diminished (even completely absent).

EFT is something that can be learned quickly and easily, and although it may seem strange to many people, it’s well worth putting in the time and effort to learn and experiment with it. If something in your life is holding you back, EFT may provide the inner healing you need to fix it once and for all.

Emotional Freedom Technique for Wealth

Friday, August 28th, 2009

How would you like to be wealthy? Before you yell, “I would love it,” think about it for a minute. Many people have underlying beliefs about wealth and money that actually prevent them from obtaining the money that they claim to want. Deep down, do you have issues that are keeping you from accepting the possibility that you actually could be wealthy?

You can use the emotional freedom technique for wealth to help you overcome these issues. First, let’s address a few common issues that people have that are related to being wealthy or having an abundance of money.

The fear of lack. Deep down, many people believe that they will never have enough money. This can stem from constantly working and getting paid, yet never having all the money needed to cover financial obligations. Thinking that you will never have enough money can discourage you from seeking new opportunities that could bring you success and wealth.

The rich stigma. Some people are a bit cynical, and believe that some or all wealthy individuals are greedy or have somehow been dishonest in obtaining their money. People who don’t want to become greedy or thought of as dishonest avoid anything that will bring them abundance.

Being afraid to change as a person. Not all change is bad. While getting rich might make you a different person, that doesn’t mean that you will become a self-centered snob, or someone that you don’t want to be. In fact, wealth can help you do all of the things that you have always wanted to do, and allow you the freedom to be who you where truly meant to be.

Feeling unworthy. There are a lot of people who simply don’t believe that they deserve to be rich. Everyone has the right. If others can obtain wealth, so can you.

Are you facing one or more of these hindering thought patterns? Try using the emotional freedom technique for wealth. As you tap each point, release each negative thought one by one. Get rid of the thoughts that tell you:

“I will never have all the money I need.”

“The wealthy are greedy and dishonest.”

“Being rich will make me a bad person.”

“I don’t deserve wealth.”

Once you have released these fears, you should continue the emotional freedom technique for wealth process with positive thoughts that debunk the negative thinking you just released. As you tap each point, tell yourself that you are thankful that you can have abundance and that you deserve wealth. Determine that being rich will not corrupt you, but you will be an honest and giving person.

Practice the emotional freedom technique for wealth until your thinking is clear of hindrances. Then, go after your wealth!
